Welcome,
Our practice has served German Village, Merion Village, downtown Columbus Ohio, Grandview Ohio, Grove City, Short North, Victorian Village and surrounding areas as a number one choice for your
veterinary needs for over 30 years. We specialize in canines and felines. The goal of the
veterinarians and staff at German Village Veterinary Hospital
is to provide the highest quality of veterinary care to
your pets. We strive to do this in a family atmosphere
where we treat your pet as if it were our own.
We are very active in the community. At GVVH, we support
many organizations including the Franklin County Dog
Shelter, Citizens for Humane Action and Pets Without Parents. Any person who
adopts a pet from either organization, is eligible to
bring them in for a free initial physical exam.
We believe pets play a very important role in our lives.
We are conveniently located just minutes from downtown
Columbus, OH, Victorian Village, the Short North, Grove City, Upper Arlington, OSU campus area and

cherished cat or dog. We look forward to meeting you and your pets!
Your first visit:
Please bring your pet’s previous veterinary records.
(You may also have your previous veterinarian fax them
to us.)
We appreciate all dogs and cats on a leash or in a
carrier
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit
and cash. Please no checks for your first time visit.
What to expect:
Our hospital has separate entrances for our canine and
feline friends. We try to keep all patients separate
from one another to minimize stress. When you arrive for
your appointment you will be greeted by our receptionist
or staff member that is up front. They will get you and
your pet checked in, scan in previous records and place
you in a room. A veterinary assistant or technician will
then obtain your pet’s weight, temperature and a brief
history in the room. Your veterinarian will then come
into the room and perform the physical exam and go over
recommendations specified for your pet.
Dental Special
In recognition of National Pet Dental Health Month, we will be offering $20 OFF of all dog dentals and $15 OFF of all cat dentals during the months of January and February 2012.
Your veterinarian may recommend that your pet have a dental cleaning to improve their oral health and freshen their breath. Nothing feels better than a clean mouth. Imagine not brushing your own teeth for several years!

Remember, pets have teeth, too!
