What to Expect at Cats Only Night

Welcome to German Village Veterinary Hospital’s Cat Only Night! At German Village Veterinary Hospital, we care about your cat’s well-being and strive to provide the best care possible. Join us on the last Tuesday of each month from 3 pm to 7 pm for our Cat Only Night, where we put our feline friends first.

We understand that some cats can be easily stressed out when they encounter dogs at the veterinary hospital. That is why we have dedicated our last Tuesday of each month to our feline friends.

During these nights, we make sure that there are no dogs in our hospital (unless there is an emergency or a late surgical pick-up). This means your cat can roam around the hospital and explore without any barking or intimidating dogs. We deep clean all of our exam rooms to remove any dog smells and ensure that your cat feels comfortable during their visit.

In addition to deep cleaning, we also have Feliway diffusers plugged into each room, and we use Feliway spray on our scrubs to calm your cat’s nerves. We believe that our feline friends deserve the best care, and that includes a calm and stress-free environment.

Treats for Cats

To make your cat’s visit even more special, we have prepared some treats that are exclusive to cat night. These treats include baby shrimp, tuna, and chicken. We want your cat to feel pampered and special during their visit.

At the end of your visit, we will also provide you with a little bag filled with information on cat care, as well as some free goodies such as toys and treats. We believe that educating our clients is just as important as providing excellent veterinary care to their pets.

Cat-Friendly Professionals

We are proud to say that we have staff members who are Cat-Friendly Vet Professional certified through the American Association of Feline Practitioners. This means that they have undergone specialized training to ensure that your cat’s visit is as stress-free as possible.
