Dr. Callista Sinopoli, DVM

I am originally from Newnan, Georgia but have quickly grown to love Ohio's charm! I'm no stranger to change - I grew up in a military family and we moved frequently throughout my childhood. Years of switching schools, making new friends, and forming new routines sounds daunting, but the one constant that made every place feel like home were our sweet pets that always accompanied us.

I started my education at Auburn University, where I graduated with my B.S. and M.S. in Biology. I worked on campus as an animal caretaker and research technician for a functional genomics lab, where we studied aging and senescence in an anole lizard population. During the summers I shadowed and volunteered at our local veterinary hospital back home. From there, I headed west and attended the University of Arizona for vet school and honed my passion for preventative medicine, oncology, and dermatology.

What I love most about being a veterinarian is having the opportunity to build lasting relationships with you and your pets. My goal is to make your pets experience as positive and comfortable as possible - you will likely find me on the floor with your best friend!

When I'm not working, you can always find me exploring the great outdoors with my husband, Jacob. I enjoy working out at Pure Barre and then going straight home to snuggle my sweet kitty, Willow on the couch while we watch the latest true crime series
