"I was so impressed by this clinic! Overall an extremely efficient and caring staff as well as a calming hospital setup with private entrances and waiting rooms for cat and dog visitors. That made such a difference in the whole experience for me and our pup! He was new to German Village and gets a bit skittish around unfamiliar faces, but Dr. Smith and her team were so patient and kind towards him. They were thorough in checking him over and trying to obtain his past vet's records, and they're very easy to schedule with via their online portal. Very thankful for discovering this local spot!"
