"Our dog was a patient at GVVH for 13 years. They are wonderful! All of the staff is incredibly knowledgable, kind, and compassionate. We recently had to say good-bye to our good boy and they were so amazing and comforting.They took us to an exam room with comfy blankets, tea light candles, a plethora of dog treats, whipped creams, cheese whiz, and water for Fisher. There were chocolates and bottled water for me. They gave me a ringer to push when we were ready for sedation. They were so patient and kind. They also put us in touch with ForeverFriends for cremation services.I will forever be grateful for their kindness and compassion to our sweet boy and us during both his life and journey over the rainbow bridge."
