New Clients Are Always Welcome
Please fill out our new client information form after you schedule an appointment with us.
We ask that your pet’s Full Medical Record be sent to us 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will have to reschedule the appointment if we do not receive your pet’s records and the New Client Form before your appointment.

Cancellation and Payment Policy
We require 24-hour notice of cancelling or changing your appointment. If you give less than 24 hours’
notice, we will charge a $60 fee. Unfortunately, we do have to reschedule appointments that arrive 10 minutes late since we have appointments scheduled every 15-30 mins. The cancellation fee will be charged if we have to reschedule your appointment. If you cancel a surgery/dental with less than 3 days’ notice, a non-
refundable $200 deposit will be required before you can schedule another surgery date.
We do not schedule new clients on Saturdays nor can we do a drop off visit for your pet’s first appointment.
We do require payment at time of service. We are happy to give estimates during your visit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Ammex, CareCredit, ScratchPay, and Cash.
Please no checks on your first visit.
What to Expect
During our COVID procedure, when you arrive you will pull into one of our seven designated parking spots. Give us a call and let us know you have arrived. We will be asking for your parking spot number so make sure you take a look before you call. At this time we are not letting clients in the building for everyone’s safety.
After we check you in, an assistant or technician will be giving you a call to ask you very important questions about your pet. The assistant or tech will then come out to your car to bring in your pet inside. All dogs need to be on a leash and cats must be in a carrier.
While you wait in the parking lot, your pet’s veterinarian will perform the physical exam. The veterinarian will then give you a call to go over specified recommendations for your pet and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Our goal is to make sure you leave your appointment knowing your pet is now a part of our family as well as your own.
