Please fill out our new client information form after you schedule an appointment with us.


We ask that your pet’s Full Medical Record be sent to us 24 hours prior to your appointment. We will have to reschedule the appointment if we do not receive your pet’s records and the New Client Form before your appointment.

Cancellation and Payment Policy

We require 24-hour notice of cancelling or changing your appointment. If you give less than 24 hours’
notice, we will charge a $60 fee. Unfortunately, we do have to reschedule appointments that arrive 10 minutes late since we have appointments scheduled every 15-30 mins. The cancellation fee will be charged if we have to reschedule your appointment.  If you cancel a surgery/dental with less than 3 days’ notice, a non-
refundable $200 deposit will be required before you can schedule another surgery date. 

​We do not schedule new clients on Saturdays nor can we do a drop off visit for your pet’s first appointment.
We do require payment at time of service. We are happy to give estimates during your visit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Ammex, CareCredit, ScratchPay, and Cash. 
Please no checks on your first visit.

What to Expect

As a new client of our hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs.  Our service will be provided with courtesy and respect.

When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly, and we will usher you into an examination room as soon as we have one available.  Our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on time, and although we have contingencies for emergencies, there will be times where the unexpected will create delays. We will ensure these are minimized as much as possible.

Our veterinary team is here to assist you and your beloved pet during your appointment. Our veterinary assistants will take a history and gather some data for the doctor. Then a veterinarian and the veterinary assistant will join you in the room to make the process as smooth as possible. As the assistant holds your pet, the veterinarian will perform a total physical exam from nose to toes, answer questions and plan further diagnostics or treatment as necessary. A registered veterinary technician performs any necessary blood draws and provides other requested services such as nail trims, ear cleanings, etc. Our entire staff works to provide you with further educational information and is always ready to answer routine wellness and care questions. Our client care specialists will handle billing and schedule any needed follow up.
